Министерство юстиции заявило, что не вносила Литвину в список невыездных

Минюст Беларуси официально проинформировал председателя ОО "Белорусская ассоциация журналистов", что не имеет к ней никаких претензий и не обращался в МВД, чтобы запретить журналистке выезд из страны.

15 марта 2012 года Жанна Литвина должна была вылететь в Варшаву из аэропорта "Минск-2", однако при прохождении паспортного контроля главе журналистского объединения сообщили, что она "временно невыездная", а также поставили в паспорт штамп об отказе в выезде из страны .

Позже Жанна Литвина официально получила справку в Отделе по гражданству и миграции Советского района Минска о том, что выезд за пределы Беларуси был ей запрещен по просьбе Министерства юстиции "в связи с делом о банкротстве".

В нынешнем же письме Министерство юстиции заявило, что не вносило Литвину в список невыездных и не обращалось по этому делу в МВД. Чиновники Минюста пообещали руководителю ОО «БАЖ», что сами обратятся к правоохранителям в праве анулирования ей запрета на выезд.

На прошлой неделе подобный ответ, но уже из Министерства обороны, получил и член Правления ОО "Белорусская ассоциация журналистов" Михаил Янчук. Начальник главного организационно-мобилизационного управления Сергей Куприк сообщил Янчуку, что Минобороны не призывает журналиста на службу и не ограничивало ему выезд с территории Республики Беларусь.

Первоначально выезд из Беларуси был запрещен шести членам ОО «БАЖ»: Ж.Литвиной, М.Янчуку, А.Дынько, Г.Погоняйло, Валентину Стефановичу и А. Атрощенкову. Двое из них - Погоняйло и Стефанович - через суд уже добились снятия с себя ограничений.

4 May 2011--Today at approximately 18.30pm [Minsk], officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus have thwarted the presentation of the an independent report prepared by an independent expert group led by Mr Neil Jarman, the Special Rapporteur of the Committee on International Control over the Human Rights Situation in Belarus. The objectives of the report were limited to an impartial assessment of the events which took place on 19 December 2010, including civic protests on Independence Square, ensuing arrests and detentions, without analysis of the implementation and results of the Presidential elections.
